Living the ultimate social experiment, Jessica dropped her career in business and lived "on the road", blogging a solo six month rock climbing road trip. Integrating with various communities along the way, she focused her writing on the observation of group dynamics and drew inspiration from those she met on the journey.

Settling in Vancouver BC, she channeled her passion for community involvement into volunteering and uses social media to spread the word about her favourite community causes: Canadian NPO Timeraiser as well as Big Brothers and Big Sisters of BC. She funds her activities with a career in IT as a Project Manager, holding the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential.

A genuine "people person", Jessica takes an interest in those she meets for the opportunity to learn more from them and thus about herself.
