Cari-Lee is a professional speaker and owner of CLS Fitness, a fitness company that specializes in on-site fitness classes for coroprate and community based clients. She developed and teaches the Canadian Pilates Institute teacher training courses and serves as an independent Isagenix distributor. In the past Cari-Lee has served on the board of BNI, been a member of Vancouver Board of Trade and held the position of meeting facilitator for High Output Networking. In 2008 she won networker of the year for BNI. Cari-Lee attended UBC and holds a degree in both Psychology & French. Her core expertise includes helping people to achieve their best health results through support, guidance and education. She has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years and loves what she does! In her personal time, Cari-Lee enjoys dance, investing in real estate, Pilates, yoga, poker, travelling - lots of travelling, wine tasting, lifting weights and hiking the Grouse Grind.
